Advantage Health Care (AHC) is the Australian sole importer and distributor of all the AdvantageBioCare range.

AHC is covered by the 10 National Privacy Principles (NPP) as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (as amended by the Privacy Amendment Private Sector Act 2000).

To comply with our obligations under the NPP we have a privacy policy, which sets out how we manage privacy in our organization. AHC collects and logs customer information for valid business purposes only. We will not disclose personal information to third parties, unless written request is received from the party concerned, or is required or authorised by law.

We will take all reasonable security measures to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, destruction, misuse, modification or disclosure.

Secure disposable methods are used for customer documentation when it is no longer required.

All staff handling customer information will do so discreetly and use this information for the purpose it was intended only.
